Luail hosted a special dance workshop led by company dancers Clara Kerr and Sean Lammer for members of the local community.
This was a chance for people in the Dundalk area to get to know Luail – Ireland’s National Dance Company, and to explore ideas and movements from REVERB, the company’stouring production by choreographer Sarah Golding in collaboration with musician Lisa Canny.
Clara and Sean shared elements of their personal dance journeys – Clara from a Festival Irish Dance background and Seán from classical ballet – and how those influences now shape their work in contemporary dance with Luail. The session invited participants to explore movement and music from REVERB and to reflect on how different dance backgrounds and experiences can come together in a shared creative space.
